CANCELLATIONS

Each delegate may be substituted at any time. The name of the substitute must be given in writing to the organizers before the event. All cancellations are to be notified in writing. For any written cancellation received before 1 June 2011*, 20% of the registration fees shall be retained by GROUPE INDUSTRIE SERVICES INFO. Beyond this date, full payment shall be due. * Date as postmark.

The organisers reserve the right to modify the programme should, despite their best efforts, circumstances require them to do so, and without entitling the attendee to claim any form of compensation.
