Participation costs for each delegate comprises:
admission to conferences (lunches included), conference folder with presentation material,
invitation to the Business Cocktail (the 1st day of the conference)
Accommodation and transportation fees are at the charge of the participant.
The invoice- payable upon receipt- will be sent by the GISI account department on receipt of:

For cancellation no later than 30 days before the conference starts, enrolment fees will be reimbursed less a deduction of 250€ (excl VAT) for administration.
Within 30 days of the event,enrolment fees are payable in full.
Each delegate may at all times be replaced. The name of the substitute must be given in writing to the organizers before the event.
All can cellations must be confirmed in writing by registered mail and confirmation of receipt will be issued by return.
The organizers reserve the right to postpone the conference or change the program content in the event of circumstances beyond their control.
